Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a custom in-ground pool cost?
We publish real starting prices instead of making you ask: vinyl liner pools start at $59,100, and gunite/custom pools start at $62,500 (14×28, sales tax included). Final price depends on size, depth, and design.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Financing is available with pre-approval, and we accept cash, check, and credit/debit. Ask us about current payment plan options during your free consultation.
How long does a pool build take?
A typical build runs 6-8 weeks depending on weather and site conditions, with mobilization usually starting 2-4 weeks after your contract is signed. Vinyl liner builds tend to be the most predictable on timeline; custom gunite builds vary more by design complexity.
What areas do you serve?
We build in-ground pools across five states: Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, and Tennessee. We come to you wherever you're located in our service area.
What's the difference between a vinyl liner and a gunite pool?
Vinyl liner pools are the most commonly installed pool in Indiana and cost less to build — a great fit for ground conditions here. Gunite pools are 100% customizable in shape and features, built for homeowners who want full design flexibility. Both come with the same Hayward salt-water equipment package.
Will I actually work with the owner?
Yes. Owner Kim Harper is hands-on with design and construction — not a call center and not a rotating sales rep. That's the single thing our customers mention most in reviews.
